Where and when do Snowstorms mostly occur?

You can usually find large amounts of snowfall in places like Utica, Detroit, Denver, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, NY, Toronto, And Mineppolis. Snowstorms are ususally only during winter, but can also occur in late Autum, and earls spring. Some have happend during Summer days, But that's Very rare.
